The Hidden Mist has gone into an economic depression due to the beatings of which they received during the numerous wars. The Hidden Cloud has dropped to a lower level than ever, now run by a military crime organization known as the Kaijin. The Hidden Leaf, allied with the Hidden Sand, are constantly battling it out against the Hidden Cloud in scuffles of small amounts of people. Cloud shinobi, once reaching the status of Chuunin, are forced into positions of war. Some have managed to escape, but others are still stuck there. The Five Shinobi Villages are all in times of war, in one way or another; whether it be within their ranks or against other villages.
Whose path will you follow? Will you become a crime-fulfilling Kaijin member? Will you stand in the Hidden Leaf against the dictatorship ideals of others?
